Schonsheck, Inc. provided design-build services for the shell and tenant suites of North Macomb Medical Center. The suites consist of: Family Medicine Practice, Urgent Care Services, Radiology Services, a Lab Draw Station, and a Physical & Occupational Therapy practice. To maintain the clean aesthetics of the building, a flat roof was nested into the rear shingle roof, shielding the mechanical units from view while permitting easy access for maintenance. In anticipation of future growth, the site and building were designed to accommodate a 5,000 SF expansion.
